NorthPark Estates is about 2 miles South of Owen Sound Ontario. If you are planning to visit us to see our Models and visit the beautiful Georgian Bay region, proceed North on either Highway 6 or Highway 10 to Rockford (the two highways merge together at Chatsworth). Turn west (left) on Grey County Road 18, the By-Pass to Concession 3 , and go South (left) for 1.25 miles. Turn West (right) onto Rosewood Drive in NorthPark Estates.
